Now, if you’re visiting in July or August, there will be some point in time when you want to see some sights without the sun torturing your skin (usually by Monday). Ripley’s Aquarium is the perfect place to go when that happens.
Located in the Broadway at the Beach complex, Ripley’s Aquarium is one of the most popular attractions in Myrtle Beach. It’s opened all year and offers seasonal themes, depending on the month. Without question, the sea offers a vast array of creatures of every size, shape and color and many of them are represented in the mammoth aquariums.
There’s a moving glide path that weaves through the exhibits, allowing you to step off and really take a look at things of interest. Ripley’s Aquarium is a must see adventure when in Myrtle Beach.
