Legends Moorland

The Legends Moorland Course is one of the most challenging Myrtle Beach golf courses.  If you are visiting Myrtle Beach on a Myrtle Beach golf vacation and want test your skills, the Moorland Course will do just that.  P.B. Dye designed the Moorland Course and it has a 135 slope rating.  Dye used many of his characteristics that he is known for such as bulkheads, waste areas, multi-tiered greens and fairways.  There are several elevation changes on the Moorland Course, which is unique from other Myrtle Beach golf courses.  Accuracy is very important as there are many large, deep bunkers to avoid.  The 245-yard 6^th-hole sounds easy, but it has a huge bunker known as “Hell’s Half Acre” guarding it.  The Legends Moorland Course should be a must for golfers that want a challenge on their next Myrtle Beach golf package.  When you return home and tell your golf buddies about your experience at the Moorland Course you will be the envy of all.  Next year they will want to accompany you on your next Myrtle Beach golf package.
