Since its opening in 1974, Arcadian Shores Golf Club has long been a favorite Myrtle Beach golf course for locals and visiting golfers alike. The renowned golf course architect, Rees Jones “the Open Doctor”, built a beautiful traditional layout on this outstanding property. Arcadian Shores was Mr. Jones first design on his own without the assistance of his famous father, Robert Trent Jones, and he did a wonderful job. The fairways wind through tall trees, water and strategically placed bunkers to undulating greens. Holes number 2 and 13 were voted as part of the “Dream Eighteen” on the Grand Strand.
A new clubhouse is currently under construction at Arcadian Shores to make your Myrtle Beach golf trip even more enjoyable. It would be a fantastic course to add to your Myrtle Beach golf package or to schedule while you are visiting on your next North Myrtle Beach family vacation.
